A Query is a question we ask ourselves to keep our actions and lives "in check".

QUERIES FOR YOUTH

1. Am I comfortable talking about my faith with my friends/family? If not, how can I get there?

2. How do I participate in activities that contribute to the growth of my Christian faith? How do I follow Jesus? Do I actively participate in youth activities of my meeting?

3. How do I cope with daily pressures to use tobacco and alcohol, and the improper use of drugs? How do I refrain from the use of tobacco, alcohol and the improper use of drugs?

4. How much of my time and talents do I give to my family, friends, Meeting, and community?

5. When I pray, do I give God adequate time to answer? Do I listen and obey?

6. How do I focus my relationship with the opposite sex to keep it Christ centered? Do I fully understand the consequences of lust?

7. How do I use my spending choices to protect the environment? How do I keep from destroying the environment?

8. Do I seek to understand and follow our peace testimony to the best of my ability?

9. Do I keep my promises? Am I truthful in speech and free from the use of oaths? Am I careful to avoid gossip, slander and hurtful words?
